Buenos dias

Me ha llegado mi nueva estacion, pero resulta que a la hora de conectarla a Wunderground no logro que se conecte y que envie las datos .

La estacion sale conectada pero en la web de wunderground no recibe nada de informacion y al cabo de 1 hora sale offline.

Alguien sabe como solucionarlo? Cualquier sugerencia o instruccion sera bienvenida

Ubicación: Ravelo (El Sauzal) a 700msnm - Los Andenes de Taco (San Cristóbal de La Laguna) a 325msnm.
